CHEMEX BREW GUIDE
Finished Volume: 20 ounces Coffee: Medium Coarse Drip Grind – 42 grams Water: 640 grams
- Place filter in top half of hourglass and rinse with hot water.
- Empty rinse water and add coffee. Shake Chemex to level coffee.
- Pour just enough water to equally wet grounds.
- Wait 30 seconds. Slowly pour rest of water.
- Once the water has completely drained, remove filter.
- Drink & enjoy.
