CHEMEX BREW GUIDE

Finished Volume: 20 ounces Coffee: Medium Coarse Drip Grind – 42 grams Water: 640 grams

  • Place filter in top half of hourglass and rinse with hot water.
  • Empty rinse water and add coffee. Shake Chemex to level coffee.
  • Pour just enough water to equally wet grounds.
  • Wait 30 seconds. Slowly pour rest of water.
  • Once the water has completely drained, remove filter.
  • Drink & enjoy.
