In 2008 Victor purchased land very close to the village of El Cedral in the region of Santa Barbara. This area is well known for exceptional quality coffee, with farms frequently placing in the Cup of Excellence. Victor’s initial farm was selling lower grade coffee in the conventional market. Soon he noticed his neighbors selling specialty grade coffee for a premium, and decided that he would also work toward doing this. In 2016 he purchased new uncultivated land and planted 100% Pacas variety. This coffee represents Victor’s third harvest from his new farm and he is extremely proud of the quality. We’re thrilled to share his coffee with you.
