Misty Valley is a prime example of the fruitiness, complexity, and character of the best natural Yirgacheffe coffees. Developed by producer Abdullah Bagersh, Misty Valley is subject to a great amount of care from start to finish. When ripe cherries are  brought to the mill to dry on raised beds, they are constantly turned for the first 48 hours to ensure an even evaporation of moisture from the cherry. This lends consistency and cleanliness to the cup, which can prove difficult in natural processing. In the cup, you will find juicy notes of mango, pineapple, and strawberry.
