Colombia Las Montanas Natural Decaf is decaffeinated using Ethyl Acetate, a naturally occurring organic compound found in fruits and vegetables that is synthesized for coffee decaffeination. This naturally processed coffee is sourced from Northwestern Colombia and is grown between 1200-1500 masl. In the cup you will find notes of chocolate wafer, cherry, and date.
