FLAVOR DESCRIPTORS
Aromas of buttered toast and marshmallow, smooth and buttery milk chocolate flavors with a mild black plum acidity and sweetness. Soft, caramel finish.

STORY OF COFFEE
La Guachoca farm is located on the western side of the Santa Ana volcano and is blessed with extremely fertile soil and a perfect mix of rainfall and sunlight. Inga and native trees provide plenty of dappled shade for ideal coffee ripening, and protection from wind.
